Florida Wildlife Hospital
The Florida Wildlife Hospital’s Education project is called “O. W. L.” which stands for Our Wildlife Legacy. This is a program to teach children and adults about the importance of preserving our native wildlife and environment so that future generations can enjoy the beauty of both the wildlife and the habitat. Presentations consist of a PowerPoint program
and live owls held under a special educational
permit. We also provide age-appropriate educational
handouts and brochures, both of which were funded by a Brevard Zoo conservation grant. |
